The two numbers that run every business
Every business runs on two numbers. Drew shows what every new tool, AI included, does to them, so your audience never buys one for the wrong reason again.
- 40 minute keynote
- Owners, operators and investors
Drew Carrell has spent more than $100 million on ads and grew Leadzolo to No. 2 in Marketing & Advertising and No. 32 overall on the Inc. 5000. On stage, he turns that into stories your audience will remember and use.
Drew teaches business through stories. Warren Buffett at Sun Valley. A math professor who beat blackjack. A grocery store manager and a $400 meat order. Every story lands on a lesson your audience can use on Monday.

How to buy attention for less than it's worth and sell the result every single day. Lessons from more than $100 million in ad spend and an Inc. 5000 run.
When everybody has the same list and the same tech, the edge moves. The one question that tells you where the profit in your industry will be in ten years.
“I'm not here to pitch you anything. I'm here to tell you what I know about business.”

Buy attention profitably, turn it into a lead someone will pay for, and build the software to route it. Every company below runs on that idea.
Exclusive motivated-seller leads for real estate investors and wholesalers. Investors bid in real time by county, and the winner gets the lead in seconds. Leftovers flow into a marketplace and a membership pool, so nothing goes to waste.
The lead distribution platform behind the model. Route every lead to the right buyer instantly, run real-time bidding off prepaid wallets, and sell leftovers automatically.
The Leadzolo model applied to personal injury. People with a potential case get a free, no-obligation case review, and qualified cases go to attorneys who want them.
The partnership between Drew Carrell and Kyle Sulerud, headquartered in Grand Forks, North Dakota. It runs Leadzolo, ZoloLaw and Juiced, and buys inbound seller leads from generators and agencies.
That Agency Show is Drew and Kyle's show on lead generation and pay-per-lead, from agency work to selling over $1M a month in leads. That Agency Group is the free community that goes with it.
Grand Forks · the wall of awards
Drew Carrell didn't start in marketing. He grew up in Minden, Ontario, earned his trade licence as a meat cutter, and spent a decade in grocery, working up to store manager of a $13 million store. Somewhere along the way he figured out his real edge: reading the numbers and finding the problem before anyone else did.
His first ad campaign was for his dad's auto body shop, and it flopped. He kept testing until it didn't. He left grocery $30,000 in debt to start a paid ads agency, and a partnership with Kyle Sulerud became an eight-figure hybrid agency.
In 2022 a friend who invested in real estate asked them for seller leads. The deals that followed showed them the real market, and Leadzolo was born. Four years later it ranked No. 32 on the Inc. 5000. Cody Morris now runs Leadzolo day to day, and Drew stays on as an owner, building what's next.
Dani keeps Carrell Group running behind the scenes, and nothing ships without her.
For owners who want to grow with paid traffic and a sales team that closes. The same playbook that took Leadzolo to No. 32 on the Inc. 5000, applied to your business.

Where your ad spend is leaking, what to test next, and how to scale without losing your margin.
